Same ole' same old.

Today is a General Aerobic Run.
10 miles. Time, 1:27. Overall Pace, 8.42 minute miles. Out and back from home to Brittney Mews. 11:00 a.m., Sunny 57-66 degrees. Winds SW @ 11 mph. Average heart rate: 142 bpm. Cardiac Drift 152 bpm. (Note: my maximum heart rate is 191 bpm.) Exact same workout on the same course as last week as I plan on not increasing mileage this week due to possible symptoms of overtraining, my morning heart rate is 49 bpm and is still rather high.

Our bowling team, "One Wonders" had Mary and Glenn on vacation in Florida, therefore Suzie and I had to pick up the slack. Fortunately our opposing team didn't show up or even called to reschedule, we may have won all four games due to forfeit. Nevertheless, we still had to bowl, I did fairly well and bowled a 150, 203, and a 177! My average has went up to 158, which will make it more difficult to beat my average in the future.
